Eduardo Rosario

Eduardo Rosario was born to Dominican immigrants in the Boston area. Until the age of fifteen, he split his time between Massachusetts and the Dominican Republic, fostering fluency in Spanish and maintaining a strong connection to his cultural roots.

Eduardo’s academic background, coupled with his extensive professional experience, has equipped him with a unique blend of technical skills and strategic thinking to succeed as an entrepreneur.

Eduardo started his career working in the frontlines of the hospitality industry. From his first job as a cashier at quick-service restaurant to later working as a guest services supervisor at a 1,000+ room four-star property, Eduardo developed a deep appreciation for service-based customer-facing businesses and the hardwork of employees in the frontlines. He later honed his financial acumen through growth-focused roles at companies like EY, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide and Amazon. His diverse experience spans the real estate, hospitality, tech, retail, and professional services industries.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and Real Estate from Cornell University, an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, and a Master in City Planning from the MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning.

In his spare time, Eduardo enjoys spending time with his partner Bryan, his goldendoodle Ollie, friends and family. He also enjoys traveling to warm destinations, cooking new recipes, and listening to music and podcasts.
